My other stuff:

Betsy - a Better Etsy

by Matt Sephton

Background

I heart Etsy. It's a great site, full of great items made by great people. But technically it could be a little better - so I've made a script that improves the site.

NOTICE!

Etsy has recently been revamped, meaning the functionality provided by Betsy is now built into the site as standard. Therefore Betsy is not needed. Hooray!

Purpose

Betsy will improve parts of the Etsy site making it easier and quicker for you to use it. It's easy to install, transparent to use and it's free. All I ask is that if you find this item useful to give me a donation. You can easily do this right now by buying it from me for £1 (or equivalent) to support the development of other Etsy add-ons.

Improvements

Currently, the script makes the following changes to the site:

Installation

This is a user script that requires Greasemonkey (Firefox on Mac, PC or Linux), Creammonkey (Safari on Mac) or Turnabout Advanced (Internet Explorer on PC). After installing one of the above programs, restart your browser and come back here.

In Firefox or Safari, clicking on the ECC script of your choice will prompt you to "Install User Script", then click "Install" to do so.
In Internet Explorer, right click on the ECC script of your choice and choose "Install Script".

To uninstall, follow the instructions given in Greasemonkey, Creammonkey or Turnabout Advanced.

Troubleshooting

Turnabout Advanced needs to have it's "customize web pages" setting disabled when browsing Etsy.
