You can do this through System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts… > App Shortcuts. You might prefer to use an app called CustomShortcuts which makes this process much easier.
Hold down the Option key when viewing the Tsundoku menu and you’ll see a hidden menu item to disable it. The keyboard shortcut will then be Enter to submit.
Probably, if it has good documentation for its API (most sadly don’t), an online demo that allows me to test API access, and enough users to make it worthwhile.
